RECOMPLAX D700
Recomplax D700 is a sheet composite made from 94% recycled thermosets (fiberglass and recycled polyurethane PUR/PIR) that have been reaggregated under pressure. This recycled and recyclable material is patented and certified by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD ISO 14025). Because it is water-repellent and remains compact even under extreme weather conditions, the plastic resins do not promote the growth of fungi and mold, even in humid environments and in salt spray.

INTENDED USE

Cleanrooms: In cleanrooms, airborne particles are kept at extremely low levels, and conditions such as temperature, humidity, and airflow are strictly regulated.
The main areas of application include: the pharmaceutical industry, compounding in pharmacies, medical devices, biotechnology, the food and beverage industry, electronics manufacturing, and aerospace.

Since any surface can become a source of contamination, wall and ceiling coverings must be non-porous, easy to clean, resistant to wear and chemicals, and designed to minimize joints and areas where dust can accumulate.

In cold rooms (refrigerated or frozen storage environments), temperature-sensitive goods such as food and pharmaceuticals are preserved by maintaining a constant operating temperature within a thermally insulated and hygienic enclosure.
